We deliver Australia-wide within 3–12 business days. Delivery is to ground floor entrances. We endeavour to offer free shipping Australia-wide. However there are some regional locations that will incur freight charges. We will contact you via email or phone if this is the case. Failure to accept the freight fee will lead to a cancellation of your order.

Returns:
Change of mind? Return eligible items within 14 days in original, unused condition (excludes custom or clearance items). Returns will incur a restocking fee of 15% of the invoiced sum. Return shipping is at your cost.

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence. We will offer you a replacement or full refund or other suitable arrangements.
