Shipping Policy

Processing Time:

Orders are typically dispatched within 3–12 business days. For urgent delivery needs, please contact our customer service team at sales@officevista.com.au to discuss expedited options. 

Delivery Locations:

We deliver Australia-wide. Deliveries are made to the ground floor entrance of your premises, in line with standard transport practices. 

Delivery Charges:

We offer free metropolitan shipping. For regional deliveries, a freight fee may apply due to surcharges from our partnered couriers. We will contact you via phone or email if this is the case. Failure to accept the freight fee will result in a cancellation of your order.

Installation Services:

We currently do not offer this service.


Returns Policy

Change of Mind Returns:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 14 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item is not custom-made.
  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in "as new" condition.
  • You notify Office Vista within 14 days of delivery.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. There will also be a re-stocking fee of 15% of the total invoiced sum. 

Faulty or Damaged Goods:

If your item arrives damaged or is defective, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence. We will arrange for a replacement or refund or other suitable arrangement, including any applicable shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items:

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-made or special-order products.
  • Items that have been assembled or used.
  • Products purchased on sale or clearance.

Warranty & Support

All products come with a minimum 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Extended warranties may apply to specific items. For warranty claims or product support, please contact our customer service team.
