How do I place an order?

Simply browse our collection online and add your selected items to the cart. Once
you're ready, head to checkout and follow the prompts to complete your order
securely.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Do you offer finance or buy now, pay later options?

No we currently do not offer buy now, pay later options.

Are prices inclusive of GST?

No, all prices listed on our website are exclusive of GST. GST will be calculated and added at checkout.

Can I get a quote for a bulk or business order?

Absolutely. If you're furnishing an entire office or placing a large order, get in touch with us at sales@officevista.com.au for a customised quote and volume pricing.

Can I place an order over the phone or by email?

At the moment, all orders are processed through our website. If you need assistance, our support team is happy to help guide you through the process.

Can I get a tax invoice?

Yes, please contact us with your request and we will provide you a tax invoice for your order.

Product & Stock

Are all items in stock?

We do our best to keep stock availability up to date. Product pages will show current availability, and we’ll notify you immediately if anything changes after you place your order. If you cannot see the stock availability on the product page, please contact us via email at sales@officevista.com.au and we'll contact our manufacturers to confirm.

Can I see the furniture in person?

As an online retailer, we don’t have a showroom—but we’re happy to provide additional product information or images on request to help you make the right choice.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you deliver?

We endeavour to deliver Australia-wide. There are some remote areas we are unable to deliver to due to a lack of courier services. Feel free to contact us for confirmation.

How much is delivery?

Shipping is free for all metropolitan locations. Shipping fees may apply to some regional and remote locations due to surcharges from our couriers. We will contact you if this is the case. If you do not accept the shipping fee, unfortunately we will need to cancel your order.

How long will delivery take?

Delivery times vary by product and location. In-stock items typically ship within 3–12 business days. Custom or made-to-order items may take longer. Estimated delivery timeframes are listed on each product page.

How do I track my order?

After placing your order, check your email for a confirmation with order details.
Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Click the tracking number in the email to see delivery updates.

Will my order be delivered assembled?

Most items arrive flat-packed for safe transit and cost-effective delivery. Assembly instructions are included.

Returns & Warranty

What is your returns policy?

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery, provided they’re unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. A re-stocking fee of 15% of the total invoiced sum will also apply.

Do you offer warranties?

Yes, all Office Vista products come with a manufacturer’s warranty, typically ranging from 1 to 10 years depending on the product. Warranty details are available on each product page.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

If something isn’t right with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll sort it out quickly.
